I started my career in Digital Marketing helping businesses create and refine their communication strategies (through Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, E-mail marketing and Social Media) , optimize touchpoints, and use data to improve services and products. While working on marketing strategies, I became increasingly fascinated by how users experience digital interactions—not just how they respond to campaigns, but how they navigate, decide, and interact with services.

My first project with UX Research got me hooked, so I specialized in this field, specifically in user testing, customer journey mapping, and behavioral insights.

In essence, for the past years I have been helping companies align their digital experiences with real user needs.

Over time, I realized that the best solutions go beyond digital experiences; they require rethinking services holistically to better serve people, businesses, and the planet.
